I worked at Belk full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The discount was great as well as the flexibility of somewhat choosing your own hours.

    Cons

Weird holiday hours, NO commission/shortened hours after Christmas holiday, and TOO MUCH pressure to sell Belk credit.

I worked at Belk for less than a year

    Pros

Good pay Not too fast-paced Hour-long lunch break

    Cons

The majority of this position is folding clothes. It isn't bad at first, but it gets tiring after a few months. One of those jobs where you need to look like you're doing something, even if business is slow. Management played good cop/bad cop when they need more from you.
