      The company will do its best to provide you with all of the tools for success!

      Cons

      Bad co workers will cause you to go out and fix their mistakes, and they pretend like they did not know. Bad managers will ignore bad performance due to "liking" one tech more than others. If you get stuck with a bad , racist manager, you might be screwed.

      No more than the regular issues that any employer has to deal with, and those were dealt with professionally and with sensitivity.
