    I have been working at BellSouth full-time

    Pros

    there are several pros to my current job which are time, schedule, complexity of work, and level of freedom to make choices in getting work done

    Cons

    There are a few cons to working at bellsouth. A few of the cons currently are, lack of career advancement

    Advice to Management

    If some one asked me what my advice to upper management would be, i would tell them that less is more

    Pros

    Amazing management and excellent benefits. Team environment with plenty of room for growth. Having the BellSouth reputation behind you was a great way to assure customers.

    Cons

    Travel involved so it would be different as a single parent. There are numerous deadlines and representatives were often required to submit extensive paperwork which took time away from sales calls.

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    Lots of fringe benefits in the buildings, casual dress, convenience with a store and cafeteria. Lots of freedom and no micro managing as long as you stay on top of your job.

    Cons

    Low pay, little or no benefits / health insurance.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest with people and let people work in a position that is best for them.

    Used to have a great IT management , then EDS destroyed IT.

    Failed officers who sold IT
