Too many layoffs- sparse workforce with overflowing deliverables Disingenuous president- doesn’t care about the well-being of the employees, only the bottom line. Cliquey- if you aren’t in the inner circle, you are treated as a nobody. Aging policies and benefits- haven’t been updated in years. Remote workforce only came as a result of COVID-19. Managers are inept to lead their teams and left without opportunities to develop and learn. Extremely political.
