Middle management doesn't have authority necessary to deal with major issues that arise. Too many second chances are given to those not deserving. The talent is not recognized by management and in turn, under talented are promoted due to pure education and not first hand experience in the field. One major client and very few intermittent opportunities are bound to be the demise of this otherwise hard working, good intentioned company.
