      Lack of talent in management leads to lack of profitability.

      Pros

      If you are at least a bit competent you can push up quickly to the middle ranks. It stops after that. If you want to just work and work and never have to think outside the box or innovate, this is your paradise.

      Cons

      Low pay if you haven't worked there a decade, nepotism, arbitrary rules and processes. General opposition to progress. Complete lack of talent in upper management. For the young and inspired, you will quickly realize that this is a dead end job. Amazing amounts of overhead.

      Pros

      Owner definitely works to take care of staff members. Provided great benefits, functions, outings, etc.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of client diversity which led to a significant down sizing which seems to still be occurring to this day.

      Pros

      Great benefits! Family oriented. Talented people. Above average compensation. Promotes from within. Mission Statement is ambitious and gives hope.

      Cons

      Management and overall leadership traits. Members of one family holds most top positions, owner doesn't see all issues. Middle management doesn't have authority necessary to deal with major issues that arise. Too many second chances are given to those not deserving. The talent is not recognized by management and in turn, under talented are promoted due to pure education and not first hand experience in the field. One major client and very few intermittent opportunities are bound to be the demise of this otherwise hard working, good intentioned company.
