Pros
international and multi cultural environment. Customers and market are very interesting. Some very interesting people work in there and it's good to meet them and chat (there is a lot of potential but sometimes not well used).
Cons
management, no opportunity (carrier growth unless you are very political), strategy (tech/commercial/marketing) is cloudy, internal process. All these points make daily work frustrating.
