Pros
I loved working with all of my students and my manager. The manager that was brought on in 2023 is compassionate, driven, and reliable, and she advocates for the instructors as much as possible. These were the biggest factors in my positive expereince working there.
Cons
Corporate as a whole seems a little unwilling and inflexible when it comes to increasing wages. The salary and freelance wages have increased over the past couple of years, but it's definitely been a struggle. All in all, not bad though.
