Pros

Very supportive colleagues and team leaders (this is highly dependent on the team). I was lucky to have a good team. Exciting projects.

Cons

Salary is low for a masters student in mechanical engineering with industry experience. No home office opportunity (this is dependent on the project)

We would like to thank you for the positive aspects as well as the points of criticism and suggestions for improvement as we want to constantly improve. We are very interested in respectful interaction and we are pleased that the team spirit in your team is very good and that you describe your projects as interesting. However, we also take your criticisms seriously and are happy to pass them on to the relevant departments. Best regards Sarah Jäckle

As business conditions evolve, adjustments to time-off practices and on-site expectations may be necessary to support effective communication, collaboration, and customer needs.
