Pros

The CEO has no concept of how to spend/ save money so she is always spending ridiculous amounts of money on her staff to earn their affection.

Cons

I am only posting since I recently left this company. The CEO forced everyone to write positive reviews on glassdoor about the company being a great place to work. It's all smoke and mirrors once you start working there. There is no opportunity for anyone looking to grow themselves professionally. There is a lot of work and money put into the company to make it look as though they give back to the community ( the CEO always would cancel volunteer days because she didn't want to take the time anymore) and that it is this " sexy" place to work. The workplace has been a revolving door of people and no original people have stuck with the company since they have seen what a disaster the operation is. The CEO lacks professionalism and keeps around people that don't perform well because she has no other options. The company blows through employees and talks badly about their clients all day every day. Not a professional atmosphere to be a part of.

Pros

The people are a lot of fun and don't take themselves too seriously, which fits my style. We all work hard and get compensated really well for it. There isn't another industry where comp is so closely tied to working hard. The more you work, the more you make (specifically for recruiters). Annual offsite for the entire firm is a big hit. It's a great place to work

Cons

It's search. Search is a hard industry. I've worked at other firms and it's cut-throat. Bespoke is intense about delivering for their clients so it can feel intense at times but if you love search you won't find a better firm that balances hard work with comp and great people. Period. If you want to take it easy with lots of down time then search isn't for you no matter what firm you choose.
