-Everyone is super friendly -No cap commission -First week is paid training of about $300 and 30% of the commissions made with your leader. After that you keep 70% of the sales commissions after the install for Direct TV or U-Verse goes through
Cons
-High employee turnover rate -11 to 12 hour days (some employees work weekends as well) Day Breakdown --10AM - 12:30 PM meeting and handing out leads --12:30PM - 2PM lunch and changing clothes --2PM to 8:15 PM going door-to-door and trying to get people to buy Direct TV services or AT&T cell phone service --8:15PM to 9PM (or later) everyone gathers around and celebrates sales that are made and make goals for the following day.
