Beyond Advertising interview questions

It took me lot of time to search this place. Entering there, the place looks vintage and good. they made me wait for one and half hour. When my turn arrived, They asked me to just tell about myself. but was not willing to tell about what kind of role they are offering. Interview lasted just exact 3 minutes, and it was me who did all the talking. then they asked to move on will get back if any luck. I was stunned... I came so far with a hope that i get to prove my ability and to give it a shot, but its no worth going in such companies, where they don't know how to interview people. There was just 2 people working on friday evening at 5pm. out of 100 people they have. very bad experience.
