I have worked with the agency for over 2.5 years as a Account Manager. Beyond is a great place to work. Amazing interiors, great creative environment to work in. Good work culture and very helpful team heads. The management has a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to Work quality and office politics. Employee Politics and bad performance is not tolerable in the culture, a few people were even asked to walk-out on immediate termination. I'm sure these people are bad mouthing around. But such an environment is healthy to work for genuine people who mean business. It's a happy fun environment. Very competitive place and an amazing learning platform for youngsters in advertising. 100% Thumps up!
