This is a great company for hard working individuals! The owner is such an inspiration and such a hard working man who started his own company. I am so lucky to have had such a great mentor. In the time I have been working with Beyond Inc. I have learned so much and seen multiple hard working people get promoted. This isn't a company for someone who wants a short term or part time job, it is for someone looking to grow and create a long term career for themselves. Would highly recommend to people willing to work to make a great life for themselves ! I love that they have team nights during the week and paid vacations and trips around the US to hear large business owners speak about their success.

-Everyone is super friendly -No cap commission -First week is paid training of about $300 and 30% of the commissions made with your leader. After that you keep 70% of the sales commissions after the install for Direct TV or U-Verse goes through

-High employee turnover rate -11 to 12 hour days (some employees work weekends as well) Day Breakdown --10AM - 12:30 PM meeting and handing out leads --12:30PM - 2PM lunch and changing clothes --2PM to 8:15 PM going door-to-door and trying to get people to buy Direct TV services or AT&T cell phone service --8:15PM to 9PM (or later) everyone gathers around and celebrates sales that are made and make goals for the following day.
