Run and don't look back - Management Beyondsoft Group Employee Review

Leadership does not know how to run a business. They do HR questionnaires on what to change and do nothing about it. It is a consulting company and they undervalue (Pay is not competitive) the people doing the day to day. Everything is based on $ nothing else, they have no vision, "More Money" is not a vision. Look to another company their are many of them out there. I could continue but this should be enough to convince you.
