    Pros

Managers are strong advocates for their employees. I have noticed this in my own department, but also with the other teams in my office. Everyone works hard to make sure they are all on the same page. Business needs are priority, but managers don't take action at the expense of their employees.

The environment is relaxed (but I assume that varies by office). Monthly birthday parties and having snacks around the office are nice touches.

People here seem happy. They don't work late hours at the office. Sure, they work hard. But there is always laughter or large groups of people going out to lunch together and extending invitations to everyone.

I love that there are so many women in management positions!

    Cons

For being an IT firm, the internal IT support seems vastly disorganized. It seems like those who work with clients get their IT support from the client because I cannot imagine employees being okay with the constant "hiccups" or their unavailability. Getting access to my own computer and the necessary programs was a nightmare when I started. Having an onsite IT person at each office would be great once the company grows more.

Not a *hard* con, but if you don't speak Chinese or aren't at least familiar with the culture, you run the risk of not properly conveying your message and getting what you need. It isn't an insurmountable challenge; just something to be aware of.

    Pros

Definitely a great place to boost your career growth! I learned everything from data collection to better analysis and everything in between. You’ll definitely learn a lot from your co-workers as well!

    Cons

There is a lot of work to go around, just like any other consulting agency I’ve been at, so you’ll definitely need to learn how to prioritize and set expectations with clients and managers.

I have been working at Beyondsoft Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Culture is open and very collaborative. People are smart and generally nice. Work environment (free breakfasts, snacks, open working space with plenty of conference rooms) is positive. Great focus on Cloud, Data and machine learning is definitely on the right track.

    Cons

Too many Business Units make it harder to coordinate.

    Advice to Management

We need top level Strategy communicated on a regular basis, as well as more frequent communications on the success factors (sales goals, deals closed, etc.)

    - They don't value their employees commitment to the job
    - No formal training and you have to hit the ground running
    - Sink or swim

    Pros

Not one pro about this company, I'd give it a no star if I could. Worst career move of my lifetime. I highly recommend you keep looking, I wish I had believed the bad reviews before joining this company.

    Cons

    You name it:
    - Heartless and lackluster company culture after the acquisition of Piraeus Consulting
    - Lowballed on salary after was told no problem to my range in the interview process
    - Told by dept director on first day (after being lowballed) that the budget was taking a hit to hiring me. WTF, who says that to an employee their first day?!?
    - Terribly inadequate and unorganized onboarding process
    - 2 weeks after joining this company the team manager tasked with my training and with extensive knowledge of the role, project vision, direction and goals left the team. At the time of their departure expressed that I would benefit from further training but that was never provided it in the wake of their departure.
    - Director of team/project completely disconnected from daily operations and didn't have enough common courtesy to even say hello when I was in the office. AWKWARD.
    - New manager and exiting manager both expressed repeatedly my learning of the tools and information related to my responsibilities and I was right on par with expectations; that its a knowledge-based role and it takes time to be proficient with the work.
    - After less than 2 months on the job was terminated by department director who's reasoning conflicted entirely from what I'd been told by both my former and acting managers, stating I just wasn't picking up the responsibilities of my role fast enough.
    - Worst company I've ever worked

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with respect.
Don't tell them paying the salary you agreed to pay them is putting you out.
If you want an employee to succeed GIVE THEM ADEQUATE TRAINING and if you can't do that, don't blame them and terminate them for your lack of organization and management.
I sincerely hope you lose the contract with your client when it comes time to renew. What a nightmare!
