Pros

Benefits are good and I have a job is why I gave 2 stars. Employees friendly Supervisors and floor managers are good, for Techs.

Cons

I left a good company to come here... good for few months than realized I made a bad decision. When management changed. 1. Daily food credit- still expect to pay out of pocket unless you eat a grill cheese every day for the whole year. 2.Went from 4 10's to 5 8's and will be working some Saturday's- So say goodbye to family or ski time and more driving time to work expect traffic unless you work nights. 3. No parking and due to regulations put in place come half an hour early or catch the shuttle and don't punch in 10 minutes before your shift or a minute late. 4. Morale is low cause of the place this has become and I see the change in attitude at work, sucks since everyone was happy when i first started. To sum this up if your starting out in the work field great for a year or two but if you have the experience look else where. The commitment in orientation was a lie, communication only when its to benefit the uppers, never seen anyone advance here if anything I've seen people demoted. I specifically came here to have more family time now I've got less than before.

Pros

Good work week hours. You get every other Friday off. Plenty of vacation time. Very good 401k. Decent medical benefits. Coworkers are the best to work with. Excellent talent and ingenuity. The developers are top notch, project managers are awesome to work with to a degree.

Cons

If you are a test engineer, you will have every project manager, associate director, director and senior director know better than you how to test software. They conform to the factory based test method. They wont let you deviate so don't try. Even with their extremely educated management, they seem to know little to nothing about Tacit and Explicit knowledge or ignore it outright because it doesn't fit into their outdated method. But aren't above informing you how a test case is to be written so that anyone can run it. (A terrible model that makes lazy testers, expensive test case documents, and crappy software)
