Cons
Upper management lacks social skills necessary to communicate appropriately with staff. Rather, the director uses bribery and empty promises of promotions and backhanded offers of better working arrangements (more convenient hours for example) as a tool to force an employee to push him or herself beyond rational limits. This place thrives on drama and as long as the pot is being stirred, no one can look at the real issue; the fact that a group of employees thinks this job is rubbish and will falsify data just to avoid being yelled at. And if you (a rule-oriented hard worker), were to report any of the fraudulent action, management turns their head and pronounces you paranoid or makes it vividly clear it is none of your business.
