Pros
Have learned a lot of skills, and worked with some really good people. They are not a company to micro manage people, they let you take on as much or as little as you want. If you want to grow there is support there.
Cons
I was hired under the premise that the pay was below industry standard, but they made up for it with their profit sharing. I have yet to see this. in the time i have been here i have gotten 2 profit sharing cheques for 4 - 5% of my base salary. So now you are getting less than industry standard pay and very little to no bonus. They are CHEEP CHEEP.
