      Lot of things come in mind - Great cause to work for - Amazing people to work with - Great management and leadership who care for the employees as person and career as well - Work/Life balance I have been working for Bitfocus for more than six years and still get excited everyday. I love working for Bitfocus

      Great family work place and very flexible. Benefits are great. Lots to learn but nothing impossible

      Pros

      Fully remote environment, passionate staff, constant improvements to working environment (recent massive increase in PTO, implementation of bonuses, and solid feedback loops), good culture, company cares about staff well-being and engagement, overall while I think there are places Bitfocus can improve, they're working on a lot of it and I like working here more than I've liked most of my past jobs.

      Cons

      Poor raises, no clarity (lol) about salary pay ranges so promotion benefits are unclear, no professional development opportunities, some teams are not diverse at all, no internal DEI department
