Experience in Bitwise is good ,managers and HR people are supportive. As a fresher and if you are looking for a job in data related technologies like Big Data ,Cloud Data Engineering ,ETL and BI then this company is good for you. Joined as a fresher and allocated to good project. Learning is good.
Cons
Company can improve it's training portal. Work life balance depends on project and client but work life balance is the main concern here. Long working hours and even sometimes on weekends. Can hire more people in the team.
