I have been working at Bitwise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing found. No proper work environment.
Very frustrating policies. I don't recommend this company to others. They do not value the employees.

Very clerical job. Unnecessary keeps employee pressured. Long working hours and no personal life. No ethics. Very political managers and leads. They want to save their positions only.

    Advice to Management

Have proper requirement in written. Don't throw everything on the developer. Managers does not involves in requirement gathering or preparing schedule. They don't do their job. Throws everything on developer and in the end developer will be the sufferer alone.
