This is a bigger organization than you'd think so something interesting is always happening. The brand is becoming more recognized and it's clear the business has a future. There are definitely some very talented employees here.
Cons
Your career will be entirely manager/department dependent. Some of the teams have great culture, pay and promote well, and retain talent - others are just bleeding employees and are missing the signals why.
