      - The People. Smart, funny, humble, geniune, talented people. - Transparency. Open and honest feedback is valued in both directions. Mechanisms are in place to ensure that employees have a voice. - The Executive team cares. - The culture is amazing! (Watch the videos!) But beneath all the fun, there is a solid foundation of hard work, passion and sincerity.

      Cons

      - The challenge of rapid growth. However, the Executive Team is aware that communication is important. So as changes come, there are explanations behind them. Expect change and be adaptable. Treat change as an exciting adventure.

      Some great coworkers, product is industry standard

      Leadership keeps making changes that are affecting the culture of the company. Having a great product doesn’t mean you can treat your employees or customers like dirt. Leadership constantly is blaming sales for organizational disarray. You’ll spend most of your time cleaning up operational disconnect vs actually doing your job and connecting with customers
