      Pros

      Great people, opportunity for growth, learning opportunities, most lower/middle management have your best interests at heart. The culture though changing, is still a plus.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and focus from upper management. Chaos in some departments that have resulted in mass layoffs and departures.

      Pros

      Work remote. Team members are personable and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Absolute lack of empathy from leadership. Little to 0 time for personal growth projects. 6 hours of nonstop calls daily. Inept customers that cannot enter their email address correctly and somehow turn that on you. Product that constantly changes without proper testing, leading to more unhappy customers and support tickets. Accrued PTO is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. Worst job I have ever had in my entire life.
