Pros
Sometimes if you do enough searching you can find nice people willing to help. The product itself is effective (when it works). Pay is okay, decent benefits and a monthly stipend for office supplies.
Cons
Don't ignore the bad reviews. It's not just disgruntled people... It's really that bad. You will struggle on an island by yourself. Your managers will make you feel like it's your fault. Onboarding? Lol. Stick you in the corner with a bunch of recorded zoom calls, then throw you in the deep end. You'll feel like you're being hazed, but you have to pretend to clients like everything is fine. Laying off a huge percentage of the company just before the holidays was really, really bad business. What a shame.
