Pros

Some level of autonomy and flexible shift hours depending on the work load.

Cons

Major changes to the company as it grew created serious moral issues. Became not a fun place to work.

Pros

We offer exceptional value to our clients which is very important to me. The culture is fantastic, we have very bright and talented people working here and we all collaborate. I'm allowed to operate with a lot of autonomy, overall a great place to work!

Cons

Nothing at this point, I don't have anything for improvement.

Pros

Staff accommodations, although they may no longer exist outside the core, are a perk. Friendly colleagues and an easy job with no pressure sales environment are also great.

Cons

My colleagues and I are lost on important items due to poor executive leadership and direction. These items are often ignored or pushed down the line. There’s also a noticeable favoritism towards the Athens and EMEA group. The company culture isn’t really sales-oriented, and it doesn’t seem like a good place for career growth. Too chaotic and a mess
