It's a great place to work.

Treat everybody with respect and get the job done right.

Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
