Pros

- Hired people on brand with company's empathetic values - Kind teammates that made me feel heard - Good atmosphere - That 401(k) made me feel like I've made it - Looking back, the Washer/Dryer was very convenient

Cons

- Favoritism (It felt like the sociable ones had the upper hand over those who are constantly grinding.) I've witnessed some employees who worked their tails off, and tried moving up countless times. In some instances, I can see what is hindering their progress, but I find it to be unintentionally discerning. I've experienced a bit discernment, but I'd say I was guilty of handling my role very differently and spending much of my day helping my coworkers' projects and tasks rather than my creating my own workload. I had imagined I'd have some recognition for how much I loved being there, but I felt unappreciated and the feeling forced me to leave. I was likely too naive, but I wished I was given some guidance as I really wanted to stay there. I loved working with every single person there, and I'm grateful for the time I've had.

Pros

Lovely culture. Community is important here and your voice is heard. Potential to meet many incredible clients to friends. A lenient environment that'll carry many laughs and friends to make while wanting to help you grow as a salesperson.

Cons

Hours are a consistent 10-7 everyday but Sunday. Very statistic focused based on last year, month, year gross and conversion.

Pros

- Mostly a chill job depending on your manager - Pay is better than most retail jobs with monthly bonuses

Cons

- A lot is riding on how good of a seller you are. Otherwise your store will struggle because the model is so different from traditional retail - You will give them your all just for them to promote someone external because they liked their personality better but they know nothing about the company If you just want to come to work to sell, and you have no bills or goals--you will do great. But don't expect any promotions or rewards for your hard work
