I worked at Bonobos full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent commission scale, flexible hours. Since it is an online company you lose a lot of the crappy retail work- inventory, stock, etc. which is nice.

    Cons

Lacking communication between regional team and store team, favoritism in the work place, HR couldn't be of less help. If you're in with management you can literally get away with breaking every rule the company stands for.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach. Karma will find thee.

I worked at Bonobos part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -decent starting pay
-really fun co-workers and everyone is positive
    -great discount with solid benefits

    Cons

    -turnover is getting worse
-pay starts off well but doesn't scale well after that
-really can't build a career here unless you land a job at HQ

    Advice to Management

find a better bonus structure to reward employees at the Guideshops more consistently and keep their pay competitive if you want good talent to stay

    I worked at Bonobos full-time

    Pros

Great discount, great clothes, fast paced environment

    Cons

While 'revolutionary' for customers, as a showroom employee they really operated and treated employees like any other retail operation would. Corporate would rarely take heed to employees on the ground.

Changes would often occur but without our feedback. Essential store/infrastructure improvements were often neglected.
