      Pros

      - Highly collaborative culture - Well rounded employees - Great exposure to across functions - Brilliant leadership. Transparent and genuine. - Open door policy - Rewarding packages - Great recognition for self-starters - Travel Perks - Welfare benefits

      Cons

      Due to how quick Branch is growing, roles across functions can be demanding. However, if you're up for the ride, It's definitely worth it!
