Pros
Management listens to concerns and takes appropriate and reasonable action. Employees are treated with respect and executive management knows and cares about all their employees. Hard work is expected and Branch is very good at recognizing and rewarding that hard work. Branch has taken Covid very seriously and has done their best to ensure that their employees are well taken care of. The extra day off per month as well as monthly meetings on mental health and ways to cope with stress has been very beneficial to a lot of employees. Career development has become a main focus for the company as well. You will learn a lot here and grow as person and in your career.
Cons
I don't really have any cons. If I have to put one, it would be similar to what many others have said in that work/life balance can be a challenge, but that is true for any start up.
