      benefits were amazing and the ability to work remotely without constant micro-management was a plus

      Cons

      the executive and mid-level leadership is awful executive leadership eliminated 500 jobs in the US right at the end of the year and mid-level management was responsible for a significant reduction in support for employees with questions or concerns

      The physical location is far from my home. Too far of a drive. I love everything about this place, Ralph and his team of leaders are honestly trailblazer.
