Pros

Free membership to the Dunning-Kruger Club, if you are hired as a manager or above.

Cons

Lots of smart, talented people are stuck at the bottom, and they’re fleeing. They report to incompetent managers (VPs, mostly). The kind of “leaders” who finagled their way into jobs they weren’t qualified for. The kind who are literally out of breath from the stress they’ve caused themselves. The kind who gossip and ooze negativity. Micromanagers who won’t trust you to do your job and constantly interfere with your ability to work effectively, behave like adolescents and throw tantrums in front of their own staff.

Pros

Teamwork is emphasized, and different departments work together to create client deliverables. Remote work option and unlimited vacation. Leadership emphasizes sharing credit and highlighting accomplishments of each employee.

Cons

Fast-paced agency, so there are definitely busy periods where you have to work hard under deadlines (but this balances out for the most part).
