      Brightside has given me the opportunity to work with some really awesome people, an unmatched work/life balance. Also, it is a chance to be a part of an extremely positive, progressive culture that is focused and passionate about their mission.

      Friendly, capable, and helpful people. Work environment is flexible while teams are very productive Engineering is trusted to make decisions, good autonomy

      Cons

      Not many. The organization has grown quickly and is finding its footing process-wise. But everyone seems willing to learn from problems and improve the way things are done.
