      Friendly, capable, and helpful people. Work environment is flexible while teams are very productive Engineering is trusted to make decisions, good autonomy

      Cons

      Not many. The organization has grown quickly and is finding its footing process-wise. But everyone seems willing to learn from problems and improve the way things are done.

      Pros

      brightside online therapy provides flexibility and the opportunity for extra income. Brightside allows for therapist to create and manage their own schedules

      Cons

      As of yet, the only con I have experienced working for brightside online therapy is that it takes time to build up a caseload. I have been with the company for almost 2 months and I am currently only at 6 clients
