Pros
The equity you get at Broadcom is incredible. It’s a large enough organization that you can move around between VU and be exposed to different technology and teams. Hock is a genius.
Cons
For those people who come in via acquisition, who are expecting it to be a start up environment it is not understand where you work. You have one job to do. It is not easy, but you get paid very very well to do it.
