      Pros

      Large company with lots of benefits and good pay.

      Cons

      Very business focused and not people focused like VMware used to be prior to Broadcom acquiring VMware. Leadership doesn't believe in much of the way of training and enablement like VMware used to.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
