Pros
Great Benefits, good pay, well respected company with excellent product position in many key accounts. Broadcom as a supplier to many companies will certainly get you in the door easily but then mgmt will screw it up once the wins are in place.
Cons
Very political place to be with performance rated almost like a random number generator. Some can take it though and last many years.
