      Pros

      RSU's are great for 4 years, nice extra income.

      Cons

      The last 2 years I was "offered" 2 different positions t stay with BC, then was laid off in Q4. When I was moved into new positions, I lost the relationship to upper level management and became another line item.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
