Pros
RSUs are generous and have been soaring in value; base pay is on the low end, but it more than made up with RSUs. Business outlook is strong until the AI bubble bursts.
Cons
Awful culture, Good place only for workaholics. Constant layoffs, no job security, Everybody lives in fear of the CEO, who plays mind games with underlings. This is a no-frills company and all departments outside engineering are staffed to the bare minimum.
