      Opportunity to work on challenging stuff

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, reducing benefits (RSUs), no corporate wide bonus plan and is left to discretion of manager. If this continues, all great guys are bound to leave this company.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
