Broadcom is a n interesting place to work at. Te outlook is god and the higher management can be rusted to improve the company's market value year over year. Compensation is relatively good, specially the bonus program and RSU grants.
Cons
Sometime cost cutting effort go too far. Career development opportunities are not too available.
