1. Firing in every 3 months 2. Not Employee friendly at all 3. No team building activities 4. Can make you work on weekends also The worst part is they will make work day and night and praise for your hard work and the other you can get a termination letter. If a newly launched product doesn't perform instead of changing management ppl they will fire developers.
