Good only if you're a old timer, especially your boss is your old pal. Performance review is a joke. If your boss is a newly promoted manager... no leverage. Stock and cash bonus were decided way up the chain. Job titles are jokes, too. So easy to be an Associate Technical Director..... for integrating a run-of-the mill IP ? Only way up is kiss ass.
