Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits at Broadcom (pay, stocks, other benefits) are top-notch. The office culture is good, and the managers are quite technical and hands on.
Cons
Very marketing driven company. Upward mobility (as in more responsiblities, etc.) is not really there specially as some of the business units are in a holding pattern and dont have growth (while still being quite profitable).
