Pros
The company offers awesome employee benefits once hired on directly. They have a great 401k plan, Employee stock options and Health Savings Account. Work life balance is pretty amazing. Lunches/breaks are paid.
Cons
The days are very long (12 hours.) Little upward mobility with out significantly furthering education (potential reimbursement for classes.) You're on your feet for most if not all of your shift.
