Pros

The only positive is money. Good RSUs bonus and pension contribution otherwise can't see any positives.

Cons

Tons! To start with, it's a cost cutting oriented mentality and everything revolves around money. Nothing else matters, customers or employees, your value to the company is about how much money you can make them. Nobody seems to care about employee wellbeing or even trying to make it a decent place to work, so that people wouldn't leave. There is no career progression or personal development plans since the company is only interested in making as much money possible off you and then toss you away during the quarterly layoffs. The only way they keep people in is through an Annual Performance Bonus and 4 year vesting stock bonus options which you are often reminded that you'll only get at company's discretion. If you're the type of person who only cares about money and nothing else then this is the right place for you, otherwise run as far as you can see.
