The company employs some of the best engineering and IT talent in the world. Many opportunities for technical contributors. Most employees are highly motivated and driven. Compensation is good.
Cons
The culture is very focused on Engineers.... if you are in other functions, it is not as rewarding as opportunities are limited. There is little opportunity for work life balance. High turnover in support functions
