Good place to work technically and learn You can make good money through ESPP and RSU's for short term provided you bargain for them while entering
Cons
Lot of work pressure Policies are not at all employee friendly The way the company lays of employees is very bad. Lay off's can happen anytime !!! The way broadcom handled renesas mobile acquisition is proof of this. While acquiring renesas mobile they laid off many employees without any notice and when they closed renesas mobile (within 10 months !!!!) they were little better.
